Swadha gives you a complete, proven dairy business — the brand, the technology, and the systems that let a 200-litre round grow into a 2,000-litre operation. We even help you get the bank loan, the equipment, the merchandise and the first customers. No franchise fee.

Proven and profitable in our own cities since 2021.

The problem with going it alone

Every milk seller hits the same wall

A notebook works at 200 litres a day. It collapses at 2,000. To grow, you need to digitise procurement, quality, delivery and payments — and until now, that left you three bad options.

Option 1

Build your own tech

Expensive, slow, and you'd need a permanent software team to keep it running.

Option 2

Rent a delivery app

Handles orders. Leaves procurement, farmers, quality, packing and marketing entirely on you.

Option 3

Join a metro grocery app

They don't operate in your city — and they do nothing for your supply chain.

The fourth option

Swadha Franchise

The whole business — farm to doorstep — digitised, branded and handed to you, ready to run.

Your growth, in litres

What breaking the ceiling looks like

Move the slider to your target scale. A manual round stalls around 200 litres a day. With Swadha's system, a single city unit can carry many times that.

Drag to explore your scale.

The jump isn't about working harder. It's about having a system that can hold more farmers, more customers, more deliveries and more money — without anything falling through the cracks.

Farmers, handled

Self-registration, automatic quality testing, quality-linked pricing, and payments straight to their bank.

Customers, handled

They subscribe, pause, pay and complain in the app. You just deliver.

Money, handled

Prepaid collection means no dues to chase. Cash from staff is double-verified before it's booked.

What you get

A business in a box — minus the box

Three apps and one dashboard cover the entire chain, from the village collection point to the customer's doorstep.

You handle

  • Investment in the local unit and working capital
  • Buying milk from local farmers
  • Running the processing and packing unit
  • Your delivery team and last-mile delivery

Swadha handles

  • The brand, exclusive to you in your city
  • All technology — built, hosted and maintained
  • Prepaid collection and weekly settlement to you
  • Quality monitoring, complaints and central support
  • Training, SOPs and launch support
Starting up

The three things that stop most people — we handle all three

Money, machines and customers. This is where a franchise stops being a document and starts being real support.

Finance

Bank loan support

You don't need the full amount in your pocket.

  • We help you approach our partner banks, including Axis Bank, for funding your unit.
  • We help prepare the project report and documentation the bank asks for.
  • Your Swadha franchise agreement and our operating track record strengthen your case.

Loan approval is at the bank's discretion and subject to their eligibility criteria and documentation. Swadha facilitates the introduction and paperwork — it does not guarantee sanction.

Equipment

The right machines, the right price

No guesswork, no overpaying, no wrong purchases.

  • A ready equipment list for your chosen scale — chilling, processing, packing, quality testing, vehicles.
  • Introductions to our vetted vendors, the same ones we buy from.
  • Help with layout, installation and getting the unit running.
Customers

Marketing & merchandise

You won't be shouting into the dark on day one.

  • Launch campaign support — digital ads, WhatsApp campaigns and local promotion, run with you.
  • Branded merchandise — uniforms, delivery-vehicle branding, crates, banners, canopies and pamphlets.
  • Ready creatives, offers and the referral engine built into the app.

In short: we don't hand you a brand and wish you luck. We help you fund it, equip it, and fill it with customers.

Not a theory

A model already running — and already recognised

You're not testing an idea. You're adopting a system that has been operating, refined and proven on the ground since 2021.

The proof on the ground

Palamu: where the whole model was proven

Everything we're offering you was built the hard way — in a small Jharkhand city, one farmer and one household at a time.

We started in Palamu in 2021 — not in a boardroom, but delivering milk ourselves, on a bike, to a handful of homes. We hit the same ceiling every milk seller hits: at around 150 customers, a notebook stops working.

So we built the technology to break it. Farmer app, customer app, delivery app, one dashboard. Then we ran it, fixed it, and ran it again — through more than a hundred product iterations, twice a day, 365 days a year.

Today that same system runs profitably across two cities, has completed over 7 lakh deliveries, and keeps roughly 96% of customers coming back. That's the system we're handing to you — tested, not theoretical.

Questions

What people ask us

I already run a milk business. Why should I join Swadha?

Because a notebook can't take you past ~200 litres. Swadha gives you the technology, the brand, the bank-loan support and the systems that let you grow several times over — and you keep the business you built.

I have capital but no dairy experience. Can I do this?

Yes. The technology handles the technical work — quality testing, pricing, billing, routing, payments — and we train you and your team. Many of our franchisees start without a dairy background.

How much do I need to invest?

It depends on the scale you start at — mainly equipment, vehicles and working capital for buying milk. We'll give you an itemised breakdown for your city on a call.

What if I don't have the full capital?

You may not need it upfront. We help you approach our partner banks — including Axis Bank — and help prepare the project report and paperwork they ask for. Your franchise agreement with Swadha and our operating track record strengthen your application. The final decision rests with the bank.

Do I have to find the equipment and vendors myself?

No. We give you the exact equipment list for your scale and introduce you to the vetted vendors we buy from ourselves — so you don't overpay or buy the wrong machine.

How will I get my first customers?

We run launch marketing with you — digital ads, WhatsApp campaigns and local promotion — and provide branded merchandise: uniforms, vehicle branding, crates, banners, canopies and pamphlets. The app's referral engine keeps it growing.

How do I get paid?

Customers pay Swadha in advance, and we settle your share to you every week. You never chase a payment or carry a default.

Will Swadha open another franchise in my city?

No. One city, one franchise. Your territory is exclusive.

What if customers or farmers don't use smartphones?

Your team can register customers, take orders, mark holidays and handle payments for them from the dashboard. Nobody is left out.
